Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. All orders are shipped from Lynchburg, Virginia and delivery time is based on USPS shipping times to your location. See below for details.
- Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from date shipped, but on occasion may take longer.
- Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and distance of travel.
We will include a tracking number by email once shipped. Please note, if your tracking states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything yet, please allow 24 hours after the stated delivery time to contact us. If your package has not been located after 24 hours, please contact us.
Please note, we are currently only offering orders shipped to the US. If you have a special request for shipment outside of the lower 48 states, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations if you:
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 5 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
You will be responsible for return shipping and shipping costs to re-mail the exchanged product to you. Once the exchange has been discussed, we will send you an invoice for the postage amount to resend your order if you choose to exchange for reasons outside of damage. If you are exchanging for a new size, you are responsible for shipping both the already received item and the new size. Because Co. is not responsible for shipping costs unless due to a damaged item upon receipt or a processing error.
We do not accept returns for: custom or personalized orders or items on clearance.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You will receive a full refund of the product value that you paid at time of purchase once Because Co. has received the item in perfect condition and within the above guidelines. Refund will go back to the form of payment used at checkout.
